We can join other people's games (via the quick match) and others can join our games but whenever we are trying to play together we get "Failed to join the game" message. We tried: 1. Dead Space 3 as a single player game I can see it needing a total revamp for the playable areas. It’s built around being co-op. But besides all this, as a co-op game, it’s really fun. I enjoyed playing it co-op. And that’s coming from someone who only played it in co-op. But even so, I could tell that if I attempted it solo, it would drag.
Dear EA, I got Dead Space 3 and Battlefield 3 upon donating towards the Humble Bundle. I convinced my friend to do the same. Neither of us can join eachothers coop games in Dead Space 3 and Battlefield 3. We've tried everything. Beta update, driver updates, port forwards, windowed mode, unfriending eachother, everything.
Solved: i think you guys should come out with an edition of dead space 3 that has local splitscreen co op so you can play with people in your house
After a few new tries, we switch around - I try to connect my friends lobby. "Error, Failed to join game" - pops up. After few tries, we finally realize something is wrong. So I hit google, and find like 2534342 threads about this issue. I tackle up and start reading. After 8-10hours of troubleshooting and testing: -Forwarded ports (many of them!)
